E-Commerce

We have had much experience of doing business on the Internet. Even with all the publicity surrounding e-commerce many companies still make many errors in handling business over the Internet. The Internet is an excellent medium to advertise and sell your products and service. It is no longer the realm of 'tech heads' but of everyday people and customers.

Internet commerce is rising rapidly. Forrester Research predicts that by 2004, online commerce will reach $6.8 trillion. This huge amount comprises Forrester's projection for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions online. The analyst firm projects that while the United States and North America currently preside over the majority of online transactions, that will shift in the coming years as Asia and European nations become more active.

To be successful e-commerce needs to be conducted in the correct manner. There is much misleading information regarding e-commerce around but we can guide you through it.

It is a mistake to think that e-commerce web sites cost a great deal to develop. In addition to developing bespoke web sites, to keep costs down we have templates already written which can easily be adapted to a clients individual needs.

Dont be fooled into thinking that complex e-commerce equipped web sites with shopping cart and credit card facilities are required to sell over the Internet. We have developed simple 5 page web sites where only payment by cheque, money orders/postal orders or cash is taken and these have been very successful. Obviously this is dependent on the type of product or service offered.
