We pride ourselves on our flexible and friendly approach to working with clients. Throughout the development of a project we will explain everything in plain English, no jargon or technology speak. After all, if the client doesnt understand something, what chance have we in designing a system that meets the clients needs ? Sounds obvious but its amazing how many times we have heard this complaint from customers.

In order to design a system which meets the clients requirements, we need to work closely with them throughout the design/development phase. This obviously involves the client giving up some of their time to work with us. We understand that often our clients have businesses to run and time is precious. We are flexible in our approach and will work to fit in with the clients. If this means working outside office hours we are quite happy to do this.
